Have any RVers taken advantage of BC''s 24 month extended absence? We are full-timers who plan to leave BC and travel for 2 years in our fifth wheel. BC Medical allows this absence while still retaining provincial medical coverage; however, when we contacted ICBC, they say you have to have physical residence in BC for 6 months in the year in order to insure the vehicles in BC. How do you leave for 2 years without insuring the vehicles.
Any info greatly appreciated!
